Grief and Loss are two of the most difficult emotions to navigate. The grief process is complicated and confusing, and comes in waves. Don't convince yourself that this is something you have to experience alone. It's okay to feel, whether it be sadness, loneliness, anger, frustration, overwhelmingness, and even relief.
